Are you a creative, results-driven marketing professional with a passion for building impactful campaigns? Join our ANZ Country Marketing team and be at the forefront of delivering bold, integrated campaigns that connect with audiences and strengthen our brand.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute segment/product-led campaigns targeting candidates and hirers.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver engaging, integrated campaigns aligned with our brand plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for creative development, media buying, and performance optimisation.
• Work closely with PR, Social, and Media teams to extend campaign storytelling across channels.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
• Manage external agency relationships and budgets to ensure seamless execution.

The Team You'll Join:

The ANZ Country Marketing team orchestrates marketing plans to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across segments, all while championing SEEK's brand and embedding our positioning locally.
The Integrated Campaigns team, which you'll be part of, develops bold, creative ATL campaigns for hirers and candidates, ensuring they align with SEEK's overall brand vision.
You'll work closely with creative and digital agencies, as well as internal teams, to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audiences.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital activation.
• Expertise in creative development, media strategy, and integrated campaign management.
• A deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned channels, especially digital.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
