Research & Insights Consultant
This role sits within the business's most consultative divisions, partnering with a high-profile financial services client portfolio leading their tracking research program.
It's an impactful, broad-reaching, and methodologically rigorous program shedding light on NPS, CX, Brand, Service Experience, and New Product Development.
Additionally, you'll have exposure to smaller ad-hoc projects across behaviour change, innovation, segmentation, trust, and the competitor landscape for clients within the services, tech, and retail sectors.
This role would suit an experienced quantitative researcher who loves integrating complex data sets, problem-solving, and delivering in-depth insights with a focus on quality and tangible impact.
This role will further your capabilities in the following ways as you:


Building trusted client partnerships
Solve complex business problems, deeply understanding your client's business
Design, manage and lead ongoing quant tracking research programs
Triangulate, analyse and integrate complex quant data sets
Further your analytical skills - choice modelling, segmentation, regression, max-diff
Project management
Deliver monthly tracking reports and ongoing ad-hoc projects
Harness new technology - dashboards and CX platforms
Present engaging presentations to c-suite executives

The essentials:


5+ years commercial quantitative research/consulting experience
Experience delivering the flow of research projects from pitch to delivery
Strong technical capabilities using statistical packages - SPSS/Q
Engaging presentation and client servicing
An ability to deliver insights, reports, and recommendations that drive impact
Love of learning with a desire to stretch your thinking across qualitative research, management consulting, design thinking, advanced analytics, and BSCI
