This position is remote, and requires 50% or more travel.
How You'll help us to connect the world
The Systems Engineer provides customer-focused technical sales support and account management, serving as the trusted advisor to Tier 1 region's largest service providers. The Systems Engineer collaborates with Enterprise Account Managers to sell RUCKUS networking solutions, leveraging a network of channel partners. This role involves engaging in consultative, solutions-based discussions with decision-makers at all levels, delivering technical demonstrations, architectural and best-practice designs, proof-of-concept trials, training, and presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and at industry events. This position is based in Australia and also covers the New Zealand territory.
The successful candidate will be a proficient self-starter, with strong technical skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as a customer or partner facing Systems Engineer. The preferred candidate will also possess working knowledge of the RUCKUS wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies.
