As a key member of our IT Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future state of our digital capabilities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and the evolving needs of the supply chain and logistics industry.
What You'll Do:

In this dynamic role, you will:

Lead Architectural Excellence:
Develop and maintain solution architectures, ensuring they are integrated into a cohesive enterprise IT architecture.
Drive Innovation:
Introduce and integrate cutting-edge technologies, decommission legacy systems, and establish a future-focused IT roadmap.
Deliver Impact:
Support the end-to-end delivery of Team Global Express Architecture, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to create solutions that enable business success.
Ensure Quality:
Provide project-level excellence in design, delivery, and quality assurance of solutions.
Collaborate Across Functions:
Work with subject matter experts, vendors, and functional teams to deliver key supply chain capabilities and future-state architectures.
Guide Governance:
Facilitate architecture and security reviews, contribute to governance forums, and prepare key submissions.
What We're Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven Expertise:
A minimum of 10 years of experience delivering scalable, reliable, and cost-effective digital architectures.
Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with web applications, mobile architectures, SaaS platforms, cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred), and integration platforms.
Industry Insight:
Strong understanding of supply chain or transport management systems, with a preference for logistics industry expertise.
Professional Certification:
TOGAF or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Capabilities:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate workshops, resolve ambiguity, and deliver build-ready designs.
Expertise in applying cloud architecture best practices and industry frameworks.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders.
A knack for turning complex challenges into simple, actionable solutions.
