Kaluza is currently in an exciting growth phase, undergoing the next phase of our international expansion in Melbourne to further reinforce our capabilities as a globally distributed energy platform.
We're in the early days of building our team and so in-office presence to us is important - working closely with our clients to forge a strong working relationship.
Our team currently works from our office in Melbourne CBD (Spencer St) 2-3 days per week.
Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here on the ground in Australia.
We're well on our way, but until we get there we still have some reliance on our UK team.
Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required.

You'll be joining the Kaluza Product community.
We're a group of Product Managers and Leaders focused on translating complex needs into simple and innovative solutions that solve real customer and business problems.
You'll be working on Kaluza's Sales Management solution.
Kaluza is building a suite of SaaS technology products that forms the platform revolutionising the way energy retailers operate globally.
This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza's customers.
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our next-generation sales management capabilities.
Our Sales Management module allows our clients to seamlessly manage their portfolio of energy and non-energy products, streamlining the entire sales process from product catalog management to order fulfillment.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of energy retailers' sales operations and drive significant business growth.
What will I be doing? As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

Building market leading energy retail sales management capabilities.
You will understand what great looks like in the energy retailer commercial domain and plot a path for how Kaluza can keep pushing the boundaries for our customers.
Knowing your customer.
You will be very familiar with the different customer groups in Energy Retailers and how their needs differ.
You will effectively communicate product plans, progress, and risks to stakeholders across the organization.
You'll be able to build strong relationships.
Driving performance.
Define, track and take ownership of KPIs to measure the success of the platform.
Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on user feedback and market trends.
Collaborating.
Working with cross-functional teams to see a piece of value from concept to delivery and, most importantly, to customer and client impact.
Ownership.
Set the product roadmap and engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.

You'll have a proven track record of building commerce solutions across both B2B and B2B2C environments, ideally with experience of multiple 3rd party platforms.
Have API product management experience.
We're building an API-first SaaS product - experience building API-first products and a solid understanding of API principles, patterns and user needs will be a distinct advantage.
Are both deeply analytical and user-centric.
You love diving into understanding the right data model as much as you love exploring customer needs.
Know the energy industry.
Having an existing understanding of the energy industry isn't a must but is a plus.
You will demonstrate the drive to learn about a fascinating, complex and ever-evolving industry.
