Position Summary
We are looking for a Support Engineer/Analyst with good technical knowledge of Financial Systems to join the SwapClear Production team. Your role will be responsible for supervising the smooth running of batch processes, investigating issues, and performing general maintenance and administration of systems. Out of hours support overnight and at weekends (rota based) can be required. Strong business knowledge is required for working with business teams during investigations.
We are looking for experience in the technologies used by the applications supported. Whilst full scale coding and technical development isn't encouraged, minor code changes and testing will be required.
