You will have the opportunity to work with both corporate and private equity clients, across various industry sectors.
The complex nature of our projects means you'll often be working with other EY colleagues from varied backgrounds and disciplines.Manage and participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyersAnalyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with managementPrepare/evaluate pro forma financial informationWhat we're looking forHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
