You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Strategic SAP Solution Leadership:
Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.Team Delivery Leadership:
Lead and manage a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.Comprehensive Solution Delivery:
Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.Required EducationBachelor's DegreePreferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseProfessional Expertise:
Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM SD with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as the Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
At least three of these end-to-end projects must be using SAP S/4HANA.
Understanding of core SAP S/4HANA SCM SD data structures and data flows.Process Knowledge:
Experience with SCM SD processes and workflows.
In-depth subject matter knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution and Logistics domains (Business Partners, Sale Orders Processing, SD Contracts and Order Management, Price Lists, Pricing, Pricing Procedures, Rebates, Credit Management, Output Management), and general knowledge of other SAP modules.Experience:
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.Well versed with the ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), data migration analysis and ability to lead data mapping workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.Certifications:
Holder of valid SAP S/4HANA SCM SD certifications.Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams.Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
