As a Case Manager at QBE, you will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.Our Case Managers work collaboratively to grow and achieve not only for their injured workers, but for themselves.

Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employersWork in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to workEnsure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policyDocument and apply decision-making principlesMeet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomesWe're all about setting you up for successYour first four weeks are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success - our Q-Start program is delivered hybrid, 3 days in office, and will set you up with all the knowledge to begin your career in workers compensation.
From there you'll work through on the job, buddy-led training in line with iCare's Professional Standards Framework.About youYou genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer-centric service with empathy and patience.
To be successful in this role, you will also bring:
