Role Summary

At ResMed, our New Product Introduction (NPI) Moulding Engineering team leads advancements in manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to deliver high-quality, innovative products that transform lives. We're looking for an Associate Manager /Manager, Manufacturing Engineering in our Moulding Engineering team to drive prototyping, process development , and support for NPI of mask projects , making a direct impact on ResMed's innovation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Manufacturing Process Development :
  Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to support mask NPI projects in the Moulding factory.

• Inspiring and Guiding a Team :
  Coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence in manufacturing engineering while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

• Collaborating Across Disciplines :
  Work closely with project stakeholders, customers, and managers across our Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and meet production demands.

• Driving Process Validation and Quality Standards :
  Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards while identifying improvements in alignment with GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN methodologies.

• Resolving Technical Challenges :
  Act as a problem-solver for technical issues, prioritizing quality, safety, and operational excellence.

• Enhancing Operations :
  Introduce and maintain production procedures, train teams on new equipment and processes, and contribute to strategic and operational goals.

Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background :
  A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, industrial, or similar preferred).

• Professional Experience :
  At least 5 years in manufacturing, product development, or process engineering roles, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

• Leadership Skills :
  Proven ability to mentor and guide teams to success, with experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.

• Technical Expertise :
  Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, process validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes.

• Project Management :
  Exceptional ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Stakeholder Engagement :
  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience building relationships across functions and organizations.
