Staff Development Nurse - Transition to Practice ProgramThis is an opportunity for a Permanent Part Time appointment at 72 hours per fortnight.Position Profile:
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Staff Development Nurse for the CAHS Transition to Practice Program in CAHS Nursing Education at Perth Children's Hospital.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the development and transition of these new graduate nurses into our health service.
In collaboration with Nurse Coordinator, CAHS Nursing Education, the Staff Development Nurse is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the knowledge and skills of nursing staff at Perth Children's Hospital; the planning and implementation of specific education and training programs; and the provision of support for nursing staff, including orientation, preceptorship and core training requirements.Eligibility to Apply:
