Key Responsibilities :
Overseeing reservation, front desk, and housekeeping operations.
Ensuring compliance with health and regulatory standards.
Managing recruitment, staff training, and supervision.
Implementing and enforcing occupational health and safety regulations.
Assessing and improving customer satisfaction.
Handling budgeting, monthly reporting, and managing expenses and invoices.
Requirements :
Diploma or higher qualification in Business or Hospitality Management.
One year plus of relevant work experience (preferably in Australia).
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
