Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Rye.
You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationUse of hoistTo be successful in this role you will have:
At least one year experience as a Disability Support WorkerNDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtainFull Australian Drivers licenseWhat shifts are we offering?Client 1 (Rye):
Mondays 11pm - 7am (inactive sleepover)Tuesdays 7am - 9amClient 2 (Rosebud):
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am to 10.45amPotential for additional shifts.What we Offer:
