Retail - ManagementABOUT THE ROLEWe currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to join the Just Jeans family to lead and develop our team at our Broken Hill store!To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Just Jeans customer.This is a part-time (30 hours per week) position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours, and public holidays.WHAT WE OFFERHourly rate + penalty rates for late night, weekend and public holiday work.Monthly and seasonal bonuses based on sales and shrink results.50% discount on Just Jeans products.Access exclusive discounts via the Just Us Portal such as Anytime Fitness membership discount!Structured 3 month training plan with Buddy Manager support.
