You'll have a well rounded team backing you, including product manager, designer and marketing manager, while a high level of autonomy will provide plenty of opportunity to expand your own skillset.Responsibilities:
Work as part of a product team to deliver high-quality and high-performing experiences to hundreds of thousands of usersCollaborate with other developers and designers to come up with innovative and delight-filled solutionsImplement ideas to help increase developer velocity and better user experiencesImplements functionality across the entire technical stack adhering to standards established and agreed to by the front and back-end guildsBreak down user stories into technical tasks, and plan areas of future technical work for the teamContribute to common code bases and standards for the teamPlay a valued role in the hiring process and mentor junior/mid-level engineersAbout YouYou're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment.
