Our Digital Transformation team works to help clients with a dynamic range of technology challenges.
You will be involved in projects that could include strategy development, system selection, system implementation, operating model development, and large-scale digitally driven business transformation programs, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.Minimum of 5+ years of prior experience (for an Associate Manager) in professional services, ideally within a Big 4 environment or a top-tier consulting/technology delivery firm.A track record of managing end-to-end digital transformation, technology strategy, and IT advisory projects, with expertise in leading significant teams in ERP projects.Proficiency in large ERPs such as D365, SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, and Pronto.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with large client and vendor teams to deliver quality solutions.Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.Demonstrated consulting, strategy, business development, and project management proficiency.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Additional informationAt Sia Partners, we embody the core values of Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Teamwork, Care, and Support.
