We are looking for a Head of Finance with strong "hire / rental sector experience" to join our leadership team and help steer our financial strategy to ensure long-term success.
About your new role!
The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic direction, and ensuring sound financial management.
This is a high-impact role that requires a leader with exceptional financial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
You will drive financial strategy, manage risk, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage risk and compliance.
Manage and optimise cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to ensure the organisation's financial stability.
Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments.
Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators.
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
Implement and maintain financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.

About you!

CA or CPA Qualified
Proven track record in a senior finance role (FC/HOF/CFO) and experience in the hire / rental sector is a must.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach to solving complex financial challenges.
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
