The Opportunity
The Manors of Mosman retirement village is a welcoming community set amongst lush and manicured gardens and grounds, conveniently located in the prestigious harbourside suburb of Mosman.
In this role, you will thrive in an environment where resident choice comes first. Your ability to build a strong rapport with families and work closely with a dedicated team will help ensure clinical and interpersonal outcomes are exceeded. Your experience will be valued and you will play a key role in supporting the team around you to ensure quality outcomes for all residents in your care.
• This is a Permanent Part-time position working:
Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 16:
00 - 20:
00 weekly - with Sleepover shifts.
• What we offer $42.66/hr + relevant Nurses Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation

You will Lead, supervise and educate a clinical team and ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard
Ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management
Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders
Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community
What you will bring Current AHPRA Division 1 registration and CPR certificate (required)
Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired)
Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
