About your role:
We are expanding our team and would love to welcome an experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologist eager to make a difference and contribute to best practice. You'll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.
Collaborate with your multi-disciplinary peers across the region.
Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life.
Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current registration with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
