The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Frontend) reporting to our CTO to join our engineering team working on the Medical AI Scribe platform. A Software Engineer responsible for the execution of the front-end features, with a deep technical understanding of how it translates to representing user needs.

You will have operated in a hyper-growth startup with experience building SaaS products. You will also have a deep understanding of the key challenges engineers face and a firm grasp on design principles in prioritizing key features and capabilities.

Your superpower is how to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs effortlessly and turn high-level designs into real-world solutions. You thrive in challenging situations and appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment.

You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of developing an AI product in healthcare internationally. We know that brilliant people can come from unlikely places; if you have a proven track record of shipping spectacular technically challenging products and features, regardless of industry, we want to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Autonomously deliver beautiful and robust code with considerations on code structure design and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to solve exciting technical problems and grow quickly.
• Conduct research and implement best engineering practices.
• Deep dive into weird edge cases and solve hard and tiny problems for our users.

What we will look for:

• Strong sense of ownership and strong problem-solving skills.
• A focus on fast delivery with quality.
• The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.
• Experience/Familiarity with React, React Query, Next.js, and Typescript.
• Experience with React Native is a bonus.
• Experience with Chrome Extensions is a bonus.
