This role will report to the Senior Lead Software Engineer and work within one of our cross-functional Delivery Teams.
You will work with the other Software Engineers, Solution Engineers and Architects to collaborate on implementations and review our software to ensure we meet our quality objectives.
This role will also support the Design Studio with the execution of experimentation.Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Senior Software Engineers to understand project requirements and design software solutions that effectively address those needs.Utilize modern programming languages to create, test, and maintain high-quality software applicationsImprove and maintain automation tests to ensure comprehensive coverage and software reliabilityPartner with other engineers to ensure that project requirements are met and that solutions are built effectively and efficientlyPlay an active role in achieving the team's objectives and successfully delivering on Challenges and MissionsEngage in all Agile ceremonies, facilitating as needed to support smooth and effective team operationsIdentify areas for process enhancement and advocate for best practices to drive ongoing improvementsAttend relevant conferences and in-house training sessions, and share acquired knowledge and insights with the teamWhat will you bring to the role?We are a global business with an entrepreneurial spirit, and we are proud of that.

Tertiary qualifications in Technology or similar/relevant certificationsSome experience developing in a modern software language C#/Java/Ruby etcSome experience in front-end development using a UI framework such as React Js and Next JsSome experience writing SQL / Stored proceduresStrong problem solving, analytical thinking and teamwork skillsPassion for Agile methodologiesPassion about building quality software and getting into our customers' hands as fast as possible to facilitate learningContinuous improvement and learning mindsetDesired skills but not essential:
