All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Risk, Finance & Service Providers, the Senior Analyst Service Provider Risk will be an integral part of the Service Provider Risk team, helping to implement and enhance our service provider risk management framework.
Your role will ensure risks are identified and managed effectively while supporting compliance with Cbus' policies and industry standards as part of the CPS 230 Project.On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
Assist in developing and implementing the Service Provider Risk Governance framework.Lead risk assessments and collaborate with business owners to mitigate service provider risks.Monitor compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, updating business processes accordingly.Support incident management and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practices.Prepare and present timely risk reports and updates to key stakeholders.Conduct training and raise awareness of relevant policies among team members and stakeholders.About YouWe're looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in operational risk and service provider due diligence, ideally within financial services.
Your strong analytical and communication skills and high attention to detail will be key to managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes on time.Ideally, you'll have:
Tertiary qualifications in business, risk management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in operational risk, preferably in superannuation or investment management.Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks.Exceptional analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and actionable insights.Belong at CbusWe value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
