In this pivotal role, you'll lead the execution of learning design and the creation of high-quality online modules, ensuring a premium learning experience for students.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of online education, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:
Team leadership and management:
lead, coach, and manage the learning design and content editor teams, building capability and enabling successful delivery of the course roadmap.Learning design standards:
establish robust learning design systems, define quality standards, and drive innovation aligned with industry best practice.Production oversight and quality assurance:
oversee the production process, ensuring alignment with project objectives, instructional design principles, and quality standards.Collaboration and stakeholder engagement:
collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a quality experience.You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced leader in learning design with a deep understanding of instructional design principles, best practice, and the ability to drive excellence at scale and pace while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.You may also:
