What this opportunity involves:

The Concierge delivers exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service for select properties.
They increase partnership between JLL, service partners, and clients while developing personal and professional skills.
This client-facing role implements the experience program on-site, combining passion for service, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace.

An Overview of the role:

Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
Ensure prompt operation of the switchboard and that all phone queries are directed to the correct customer service people.
Receive incoming & outgoing deliveries and manage the distribution.
Provide conference and meeting room scheduling support including events - liaise with workplace as required to ensure that after hours air conditioning, lighting requirements and lift access are in place for afterhours functions.
Support the provision of Food and Beverage services for our managed spaces.
The management and induction of all contractors on site to ensure they perform at the required standards.
Assist in financial processes for workplace management, to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate is a motivated initiative-taker with a proven track record of delivering quality, possessing a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support various tasks.
They should be engaging, tech-savvy, and able to maintain composure under pressure.

Professional presentation and conduct, with previous experience in premium corporate office or Hospitality/Events position.
Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels.
Effective time management, organisational and planning skills.
Strong communicator - good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills.
