This role requires a high level of problem-solving skills, particularly in panel spraying.
The ideal candidate must be able to think on their feet and resolve issues independently.

• Oversee the full cycle of spraying and labelling panels, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of requests to meet customer service demands.
  
• Produce powder and sample panels for the Specification and Sales teams.
  
• Utilise lab equipment to produce powder, ensuring accurate colour matching and powder re-creation for client specifications.
  
• Maintain clear communication with both customer service and specification teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  
• Ensure all samples and powders meet quality standards and specifications before release to customers or internal teams.
  
• Manage lab and production equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and readiness for consistent use.
  

• Experience with spraying, labelling, and powder production in a manufacturing or lab environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of lab equipment and colour matching processes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards.
  
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
  
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and adapt to changing demand.
