Your role will involve managing a large multidisciplinary team, coordinating service and maintenance delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.The Project handover process will include:
Final Commissioning and Testing:
Ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet performance standards.Knowledge Transfer:
Facilitating comprehensive training sessions and documentation handover.Transition to Service Phase:
Overseeing the smooth transition from project completion to ongoing service and maintenance activities.Your ResponsibilitiesService Delivery:
Oversees the execution of a complex service contract at an operational level.Risk and Opportunity Management:
Identify risks and opportunities.KPI Achievement:
Achieve challenging KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.Innovation and Development:
Develop new working methods, tools, and competencies.Strategic Contribution:
Contribute to the successful implementation of the service strategy.Stakeholder Administration:
Manages escalations and coordinates during significant incidents.Efficient Operation:
Oversee smooth functioning of all automated systems and assets.Data-driven decision-making:
Utilize data analysis to monitor equipment performance.CMMS Implementation and Management:
