Wil jij als Java developer een rol spelen in het vormgeven van innovatieve digitale oplossingen binnen de Rijksoverheid? Het Rijks ICT Gilde (RIG) nodigt jou uit om je passie voor Java development te combineren met consultancyvaardigheden, en zo de toekomst van Nederland vorm te geven!
Als Java developer bij het RIG ben je de schakel tussen technologie en strategie.
Je adviseert en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers binnen de Rijksoverheid bij hun digitale transformatie.
Op projectbasis werk je aan maatschappelijk relevante opdrachten, waarbij je niet alleen de nieuwste Java-technologieën integreert, maar ook strategisch meedenkt.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject, van technisch ontwerp tot implementatie en doorontwikkeling van Java-applicaties.
Jij gaat verder dan technische expertise.
Als luisteraar en kritische vragensteller begrijp je de behoeften van gebruikers en klanten.
Je bent een bruggenbouwer die soepel op verschillende niveaus communiceert.
Projectmanagement, het stellen van doelen, het plannen van resources en het bewaken van de voortgang behoren tot jouw natuurlijke vaardigheden.
Met jouw daadkracht zorg je ervoor dat digitale ambities niet alleen besproken worden, maar ook gerealiseerd.
Bij het RIG werk je samen met gepassioneerde en gedreven collega's.
Kennisdeling staat centraal, zowel binnen je opdracht als met je collega's van het RIG.
Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf technisch en als consultant verder te ontwikkelen.
Als ambassadeur draag je bij aan het bouwen van het RIG.
Jij bent niet zomaar een software developer; passie voor het vak zit in jouw DNA! Als ontwikkelaar koester je een sterke ambitie om continu te groeien en je waardevolle kennis te delen.
Je bent gedreven, doelgericht en fungeert als een bron van inspiratie voor je collega's.
Het signaleren van problemen is voor jou geen obstakel, maar eerder een kans om verbeteringen aan te brengen.
Jouw kritische blik is kenmerkend, en het schuwt je niet om je standpunt helder naar voren te brengen.
Met een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit, moed en vastberadenheid schakel je moeiteloos tussen diverse projecten in verschillende organisaties, elk met hun eigen unieke culturen en mogelijkheden.
