Working as a member of a small team of business and systems analysts, you will support the implementation of technology-driven projects and initiatives to improve the digital operating environment of Homes Tasmania.
This exciting role collaborates with Homes Tasmania's business units, vendors, and stakeholders in conducting business and systems analysis to deliver business-driven technology change through assigned projects, improvement initiatives, and innovative programs of work.$98,255.00 to $103,069.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 11.5% SuperannuationClassification:

Primary Purpose / Focus :
Contribute to and support the delivery of software releases in accordance with the approved software development strategy for the Housing Management System.Collaborate with Homes Tasmania's business units, vendors, and stakeholders in conducting business and systems analysis to deliver business-driven technology change through assigned projects, improvement initiatives, and innovative programs of work.Contribute to the building of an inclusive team through change that, together with all ITMS teams, builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania to achieve its stated objectives.Skills and experience:
Selection criteria includes:
Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis, re-engineering, and process mapping.Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of software development, implementation of new technologies, and enhancing existing applications and tools.Demonstrated project management and change management skills to support the development and implementation of business applications and tools.Note:
