Key Responsibilities:

Division Leadership:
Oversee the performance of MH with a focus on top-line sales, employee engagement, service excellence, and adherence to company policies.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement budgetary plans and a 3-year business strategy to drive MH's continued growth.
Procurement & Product Strategy:
Lead the procurement function, delivering a diverse product range to support brand growth. Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to benefit collective brands.
Negotiation & Partnerships:
Negotiate competitive agreements with key partners, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, and airlines.
Marketing & Advertising Management:
Optimize advertising budgets to maximize revenue growth and customer engagement.
