This is a superb, Echuca based Production Management opportunity in which you will hold direct responsibility for all aspects of operations at the site - focussing on maximising the performance of people, plant, and fleet to achieve company safety, environmental and financial targets whilst delivering required customer service standards and performance outcomes.You will lead a multidisciplinary team with the aim of providing an efficient and effective production process in a safety focused environment and hold further responsibilities for customer relations, quality compliance, maintenance and reporting.About You:
To succeed in this exciting role, you will be an experienced production leader - ideally with experience in heavy manufacturing sectors servicing the civil construction industry with precast manufacturing experience being a plus.
You should have a strong mechanical aptitude, ideally with experience in automated mechanical systems and handling equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic control.
You should understand plant and equipment such as moulds and have the ability to read civil drawings.
You will have a proactive approach to safety, hazards and risk management - be solution focussed and have strong people and cost management experience.This leadership role is perfect for someone looking for the next step in their career or looking to apply their existing skills and experience in an important role.
