Operations Coordinator - Chatswood Chase Sydney

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key purpose of the Operations Coordinator role is to assist with and oversee the day-to-day operation of capital and operational works and centre operational service functions.
This role encompasses the areas of cleaning, risk management & compliance, emergency management, pest control, hygiene, general repairs, maintenance, and incident reporting.
The Operations Support will also be responsible for the role of Duty Manager on Saturdays, Sundays, Thursday nights, and Public Holidays where applicable.

What Will You Bring?

You will be an experienced coordinator with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities.
You will have previous experience in general emergency management and the management of fire services and have a working knowledge of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) and building management systems (BMS).
You will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills along with a passion for compliance.
Renowned for your responsiveness and efficiency, you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment where you are required to continuously multi-task to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
You will hold a current first aid qualification.
