In this high-impact role, you'll provide both 1st and 2nd level IT support across our APAC sites, serving various teams including Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
The position is highly visible, representing the IT function and working closely with IT teams across the US and European regions to ensure business operations run smoothly with minimal disruption. Additionally, the role involves participating in project initiatives to drive change, including defining, designing and implementing technical solutions.
