Permanent, Full TimeThe opportunityWe currently have opportunities for Case Managers to join our ACT Workers Compensation Claims team.
As a Case Manager you will play an integral part of our Workers Compensation Claims business by delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.You are self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change and resilient when facing challenges.

Manage Workers Compensation claims, ensuring prompt and efficient coordination between key stakeholders in this short tail high volume claims portfolio.Encourage and monitor client compliance with approved treatment and plans.Provide information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends to underwriters/risk assessors to enable execution of appropriate actions.Negotiate cost-effective treatment and rehabilitation while not compromising on care quality.Liaise with employers and healthcare providers to ensure all parties are updated on medical details and progress.Coordinate and ensure a minimum of 5 calls per day.Your story so far:
