As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Officer, your role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to senior management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a variety of executive support tasks such as drafting correspondence, organising meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support for various programs and events.
You'll also undertake research as needed and manage files, diaries, emails, and enquiries efficiently.
Your ability to handle these tasks with discretion and professionalism will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the organisation.Deliver a wide range of executive support and operational administrative services to Senior ManagementUndertake research as requiredDraft correspondence and reports under general directionManage files, diaries, emails, and enquiriesOrganise and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, venues, travel/accommodation arrangementsProvide administrative support for the delivery of programs and events for the DivisionWhat you bring:

You have experience in coordinating office administration tasks with precision.
Your understanding of relevant legislation, procedures, management assurance practices and guidelines will be crucial in ensuring all business line functions are undertaken appropriately.
