You'll work directly with clients to develop and implement target operating models, lead technology selection processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Your role will involve conducting strategic assessments, facilitating workshops, developing solution recommendations, and supporting implementation activities.
You'll contribute to proposal development, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members.
Working closely with Managers, you'll help shape digital strategies, enterprise architecture solutions, and change management approaches while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.What will make you successful in this role?4+ years of consulting experience in technology transformation, digital strategy, or operational excellenceStrong experience in target operating model design and implementationDemonstrated capability in technology selection and vendor evaluation processesProven track record in stakeholder management and workshop facilitationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skillsExperience in proposal development and solution designDegree qualified in business, technology, engineering, or related fieldCertification in relevant frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, Agile, BPMN) highly regardedSelf-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomouslyExperience mentoring junior team membersHighly desirable behaviours - High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring and quality drivenHow to applyCareers | AtturraRecruitment Agencies/Headhunters:
