We're looking for a project manager to keep things running like clockwork at New Word Order.

Now, we need a project manager who thrives on structure, efficiency and precision to ensure our projects deliver their objectives, on time and within budget.

What's the role about?
As our project manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. From managing project workflows, budgets and reporting to working closely with the client services and creative teams, you'll be pivotal to our success.
You'll have knowledge of project management software and systems as well as a high attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Workflow - manage project resources effectively to deliver on time and within budget.
Traffic - set studio schedules and tasks and keep the team on track.
Communication - provide accurate, timely updates to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Budgets - monitor project financials, update billing plans and ensure project profitability.
Scheduling and resourcing - schedule resources efficiently and forecast anticipated needs.
Quality assurance - maintain NWO's high standards by ensuring work aligns with briefs and undergoes appropriate approvals.
Reporting - deliver regular project, profitability, forecasting and vendor panel reports.
Suppliers - engage with suppliers to help with studio resourcing.

About you:
You're an organisational powerhouse who thrives in fast-paced environments and is always one step ahead. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
• proven experience in project management within a creative agency
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• excellent attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
• exceptional organisational and time management skills
• collaborative, solutions-driven and growth mindset
• advanced proficiency in MS suite and project management tools (e.g. Workbook)
• proactive approach to process improvement and problem solving
• experience in AI tools
