Legal Assistant (Part Time 15-20 hours per week)

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our legal functions and contributing to the success of our projects across the region.

What We Are Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity.
This role could suit someone balancing other personal and work commitments, such as parents, students, or athletes.
It's an opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team while enjoying flexibility and professional growth.
In this role, you will:


Support contract management through drafting, reviewing and formatting template contracts, maintaining the contract management system, and providing support for contract negotiations under guidance.
Assist with legal documentation by drafting and reviewing correspondence, conducting preliminary reviews of templates and policies, and collating materials for legal proceedings or regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research considering legislation, regulations, case precedents, summarising and presenting your findings, and preparing materials for legal training sessions.
Provide administrative assistance through the organisation and maintenance of legal department records, files, registers, insurance renewals, tracking deadlines, preparing relevant filings, and supporting the preparation of board papers and governance materials.
Communicate and collaborate with the Senior Legal Counsel to provide updates, progress reports, and attend meetings contributing to the legal team's objectives.
