This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive project management support within the HR Division, focusing on improving HR service efficiency.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing and integrating digital solutions such as ServiceNow and managing key organisational ER and payroll projects.

Develop, implement, update, monitor, manage and communicate key project management artefacts.Perform designated project activities according to agreed project schedules.Coordinate across the HR Division to ensure leaders and team members are engaged and supported.Prioritise, allocate and coordinate project activities and identified action areas.Monitor the expenditure of project budgets and prepare necessary summaries and correspondence.Ensure change management activities are included in the project delivery.What you bring:
Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex projects using a collaborative approach.Extensive experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in the HR space.Excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills.Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.Well-developed ability to structure and lead meetings, develop materials for reporting.Ability to support change management activities through projects.What sets this company apart:
