The Faculty delivers its education and training to Border Force Officer Recruit Trainees.Supervisors are responsible for ensuring any training delivered by their team is relevant, compliant with legislation and organisational policy, as well as best practice across the organisation.

They will harness opportunities to further develop an organisational level 'learning and development culture' and be rewarded through personal and professional development growth.Duties and responsibilitiesManagement of Border Force (BFORT) Recruit Trainee coursesDelivery of Foundational Border Operations vocational training, including continuation training, accreditation, and re-accreditation of core skills for operational Border Force OfficersDelivery of competency-based training for officers working in the Ports EnvironmentContribute to work area planning and provide advice to Inspector / Chief Instructor in the development of national training schedules and demand planningSupport complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Additional informationMandatory:
Certificate IV in Training Assessment and Evaluation (TAE) or be willing to attain after commencementAbility to undertake interstate travel and work extended hours to support and deliver training.Desirable:
