Seeking a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst to shape our future customer assist program. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract with hybrid work conditions - home and office.
About the role
It's an exciting time to be a Business Analyst at People First Bank! Our team of Business Analysts are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by working on concurrent exciting and complex projects across a multi-divisional portfolio of work.
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce, to leverage your extensive Salesforce expertise that will shape the future of our Customer Assist platform. As a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive transformational projects that impact our members. This versatile role involves breaking down Epics into features and user stories, facilitating productive elaboration sessions, and leading or assisting with stand-ups as needed. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in the success of our initiatives and the continued evolution of the platform.
About you
A Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential and any other Salesforce qualifications are essential for this role. Additionally, your work history demonstrates:
Candidates who have completed PRINCE2 qualifications and have knowledge of both Agile Business Analysis and BABOK will be highly regarded.
