Position Profile:
The Clinical Pharmacist (Cancer Services) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care through the provision of clinical pharmacy services to cancer services within WACHS.
This role facilitates the safe provision of cancer therapies and supportive care to regionally based patients through virtual and on-site delivery (as appropriate).
This position reports to the Senior Pharmacist (Cancer Services) and works collaboratively with the broader cancer services team, the WACHS-wide Pharmacy Services team, and regionally based Pharmacy and Cancer services teams to ensure best practice and patient-centric care is delivered utilizing modern, innovative, and technologically advanced services.
