The Role:

As the National Group Fitness & HIIT Cartel Manager, you will lead and oversee our Group Fitness and HIIT Cartel operations nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Fitness Cartel's Group Fitness offerings, including Les Mills Programs and the launch and growth of our signature HIIT Cartel classes.

Your responsibilities will include driving performance, programming, branding, membership retention, and ensuring exceptional fitness experiences across our network of clubs. You'll work closely with Group Fitness Managers, Instructors, and HIIT Coaches, bringing innovation, leadership, and energy to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Advocacy:
Champion Group Fitness and HIIT Cartel across all clubs, aligning goals with organisational strategies and promoting a consistent, inspiring brand message.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor Group Fitness Managers, Les Mills Instructors, and HIIT Cartel Coaches, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance reviews.
Les Mills Program Growth:
Oversee the expansion and success of Les Mills programs, ensuring instructors are upskilled and timetables maximise member engagement.
HIIT Cartel Launch:
Spearhead the launch and nationwide rollout of HIIT Cartel, ensuring programming, branding, and marketing efforts align with Fitness Cartel's vision.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key metrics, including class attendance, retention, cost efficiency, and instructor performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Event & Campaign Management:
Organise Les Mills launches, HIIT Cartel challenges, open days, and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of classes across all clubs and maintain adherence to organisational policies.
Technology & Operations:
Manage scheduling systems, troubleshoot issues, and oversee budgets related to Group Fitness and HIIT Cartel operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience as a Group Fitness Manager, with certifications in multiple Les Mills Programs (AIM1 or AIM2 preferred).
Passionate about fitness, customer experience, and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
Experience in launching and managing branded fitness programs (e.g., HIIT or functional fitness).
First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural ability to inspire and engage teams and members.
