Gym and Fitness Coordinator - Raymond Terrace
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and motivated fitness professional to deliver an exceptional member experience at this important community facility. We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our PCYC Team. A Senior Activities Officer has a varied and flexible role, coordinating sport activities and events at the Club. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life-changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!

About the role
In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:
As a Gym and Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspiring the team and leading the club to success. Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of the club's gym and fitness activities. You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team to deliver an exceptional member experience.
In this role you will:
NOTE - this is a hands-on role - you will be an integral part of the Team when it comes to being on the Gym Floor and delivering inspiring group training sessions.
