The Administrative Assistant helps with general office duties, including, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, activity and reception planning, and various office projects.

This position will be located at our office in Australia: 545 Blackburn Road, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149.

Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant to the Vice President
Back of office sales administration support
Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately.
Handle projects as given by Office Leadership.
Filing and office maintenance and upkeep.
Data input and maintenance using Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
Planning to host partners, vendors, customers, and Senior Leadership Team.
Planning other office events and activities.
Light mail and postage activities.
Record keeping and electronic filing/routing.
Order and maintain lunchroom consumables.
Sign for and communicate received goods.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required.
Prior experience in Salesforce preferred.
Prior experience as an administrative assistant/Personal Assistant preferred.
Prior phone and clerical skills a must.
Ability to communicate well, with above average writing and speaking skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive and proactive approach to dynamic environment.
Patience, empathy and ability to manage stress.
Strong attention to detail.
Good judgment and initiative.
Team player.
Detail and service-oriented individual.
