After Sales TechnicianDo you thrive on all things electrical and technical? Join us in a strategic role where your passion for after sales service will exceed customer expectations for great service and product satisfaction.You will be at the forefront of external customer support and will occupy a significant position within this awesome sales team.
You will have the opportunity to soak up all there is to know about the position and industry from our current legendary senior technician.
For the right candidate, who demonstrates a commitment to high standards, ethics, and teamwork, future opportunities exist to provide field service locally and internationally.What You'll Do:
Provide engineering and technical services to customers via email or phone.Provide field service for local and international customers when required.Maintain and strengthen current relationships with key local and international customers and distributors.Provide product support to local customers and assist with application sales.Follow up on projects and commissioning to ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct in-house training for customers and distributors.Other tasks as outlined by the Application Sales Manager and Managing Director.
Comply with all health, safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures and be actively involved with all HSEQ programs and activities.About You:
Education:
Hold a relevant diploma qualification or higher in Electrical Engineering would be a desirable foundation for your journey (but is not necessary).Experience:
Previous experience working with electrical, hydraulic or mechanical instrumentation and/or controls.Attitude:
Hands-on approach with good troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.Service:
Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical devices.
Future ability to travel for field service and commissioning requirements as a development of this role.Design:
