Our client seeks a versatile Consultant skilled in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
The candidate must have experience with various HR systems to provide expert recommendations on the best system to implement.
This role involves independently leading workshops and crafting detailed business cases and roadmaps.
Your expertise will be crucial in defining project scope, ensuring successful outcomes, and delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops and facilitate meetings to gather and analyse business requirements.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Evaluate and recommend HR systems, processes, and procedures.Develop and present detailed business cases and strategic roadmaps.Utilise business architecture and process mapping skills to optimise operations.Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Deliver consulting insights to enhance business performance and drive innovation.What We're Looking For:
