The primary focus of this role is to provide the customer with a positive experience by noting down the jobs required, providing an estimate with job explanation, preparing the job card, following up on the jobs in the workshop, taking approvals for additional repairs, informing the customer of any delays, delivering the vehicle and explaining the invoice to the customer.What you will do:
Ask questions and record customer concerns and complaintsEmpathize and clarify customer requestsCheck workshop situation and promise delivery timeCheck and ensure accordance of invoice and work performedInform customer after work completion and agree on pick up timeProvide clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashierPromote value added servicesResolve customer concerns at the earliest time to ensure satisfactionRequired skills to be successful:

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a dynamic workshop environment dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians on a daily basis.What equips you for the role:
