Customer Service and Brand Representation:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with brand standards.Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.Promote and upsell additional products, including new arrivals and key pieces.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Brunello Cucinelli products, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.Store Operations:
Assist in maintaining the store visual standard and presentation.Participate in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.Product Knowledge:
