Job Overview:

Metropolitan Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leads Manager to join our Operational Excellence department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of sales leads, ensuring that no opportunities are missed, communication with sales staff is consistent, and every lead is properly followed up. This includes verifying the quality of leads, monitoring daily activities, and maintaining accurate lead updates within the system, thereby supporting the sales team in driving maximum conversion and success.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure agents manage all leads (regardless of deal type:
  off-plan or secondary, or the creation date) in compliance with the company's lead management policy.
• Communicate directly with team leaders via email and WhatsApp to highlight violations of the lead management policy and identify fake activities in CRM usage.
• Verify that all leads are in the correct stages per the company's lead policy.
• Review leads marked as junk or sent to the leads pool daily to prevent valuable leads from being overlooked or wasted.
• Evaluate the total volume of leads, their allocation, and management practices, ensuring adherence to the lead management policy.
• Provide daily reports to the line manager regarding any lack of activity in lead management or suspicious behavior (e.g., manipulating stages) to retain leads.
• Oversee lead-related activities, including reassigning and reshuffling leads as necessary or as directed by the line manager.
• Assist in the distribution of leads per established rules and policies to ensure efficient lead assignment and high conversion rates by agents.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:
  Prior experience in sales, lead management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM Software:
  Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot) to monitor, track, and analyze lead data.
• Proficiency in Excel:
  Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create reports, and build tables or graphs to track progress.
• Analytical Skills:
  Ability to interpret documentation, ensure records are comprehensive and accurate, and provide actionable insights based on data.
• Quality Assurance Focus:
  Commitment to maintaining high standards in lead tracking and follow-up.
• Attention to Detail:
  A keen eye for identifying inaccuracies or inefficiencies in lead management.
• Team Collaboration:
  Ability to work closely with team leaders and sales staff to align efforts and achieve goals.
