Civil Technical Manager

The RoleGuildhall is seeking a highly skilled Civil Technical Manager for our client, a leading construction company.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale civil projects.
Experience in bridge construction is essential, as the role will involve overseeing technical aspects of such projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.Oversee design, planning, and construction activities for bridge projects and other civil infrastructure works.Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and method statements.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical challenges that arise during construction.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment with contractual requirements.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil infrastructure projects.Minimum 1 bridge project experience.Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating complex construction projects.Strong understanding of local construction standards and regulations in the UAE.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions.Strong communication and leadership skills.About the companyGuildhall is the most respected HR & Headhunting Consultancy in the MENA Region.
